Who was in Guaruja during WQS Local Motion Surf Pro could see the excellent performance of the Brazilian surfer Simão Romão who got the second place, representing Brazil really well, using a T. Patterson surfboard produced by Silver Surf in Brazil.
“The board was a 6’1” 18 ¼ “ x 2 ¼ “, squash tail, A.I. model”, says Adriano Teco.
“This is a model made by the shaper Tim Patterson for the Hawaiian surfer Andy Irons who usually orders his boards with Timmy in California. Two others T.P. riders in Brazil, Rodrigo Baby and Andrew Serrano, had also a great performance at the contest”, says Teco.
“We are all very happy with Simao's performance, as well as all T. Patterson crew in California. I am sure this result will be very important for his classification to the WCT”, says Sylvio Tico.
